How we made it:

Once we receive your uploaded picture, a professional designer will outline the simple lines and create a custom painting just for you.

Step 2:

We will adjust the embroidery color according to your order requirements and make sure no details are missed, such as adding words or patterns.

Step 3:

We use professional computerized embroidery machines to start embroidery. Flat embroidery is the most widely used embroidery technique, which allows us to sew your outline drawings accurately and beautifully. This ensures the hoodie is durable and high quality to stand the test of time.

Embroidering on a hoodie typically takes 2-3 days to complete.

💝Care instructions:

- Do not wash for 24 hours for the first time.
- Warm wash, inside out, with like colours.

- Air dry if possible. (We do not recommend tumble drying.)
- Do not iron the vinyl (printed part) directly.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not dry clean

Processing Time

Usually

1 - Design (1-3 Days): Once you've placed your order, our designers spring into action. (Note: In order to improve the efficiency of production and shipment, If you have a need for changes or adjustments of your items,please contact us within 12 hours via email: info@popsweatshirts.com to send your order number or e-mail in time after placing your order.)

2 - Production (2-3 Days): Most of the products takes 2 to 3 days in processing.Some products with special production processes may take longer.(such as hand-painted products)

3 - Shipping (7-10 Days or Faster): With production complete, your product is packaged securely and shipped. Typically, shipping takes 7 to 10 days.

*Due to a large number of orders to deal everyday in busy season, Or due to bad weather, some shipments may be delayed by a few days, and we do not provide design draft for confirm.

Policy for Returns and Replacement

Because custom orders are individualized, they are not returnable or exchangeable. We can resent you a new order if eligible.

We will begin the order customizing process as soon as you place your purchase. Consequently, we are unable to allow modifications to the personalized information, after the order has been placed.

FREE REPLACEMENT
This applies to packages with no movement for more than 3 weeks or far exceeding our estimated time of arrival. If there is no problem with the shipping address, you will receive a FREE replacement in a timely manner.

Please contact us within 12 hours for cancellation without reason
Typically your order will be made within 5-7 days. If you do not receive an update on the status of your order, please contact us promptly. It may be because the customization information needs to be confirmed however the email went to spam. In any case your order will be prioritized and shipped as soon as we receive the additional customization information.

You can place a new correct order within 12 hours and email us and we will cancel the wrong old order for you and refund you as soon as possible.
Customers who contact us via email to cancel their order within 12 hours of placing the order will be offered a full refund unconditionally.
Customers who contact us within 12-24 hours of placing an order, we regret that due to the product already being in production, we are only able to offer you a 20% refund and continue with production shipment.
Any requests for order cancellation or change of information beyond 24 hours, we are sorry that we are unable to accommodate as your product has already entered the production process and is nearing completion of production.
If you have any quality issues after receiving your product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer a replacement or refund.
