HOW TO SEND IMAGES
You will receive an emailed link within 30 minutes of placing your order to upload your images for us to crop. If you can't find your link in your email, feel free to message us and we can send over Etsy message as well. By default we crop the face, so please leave a note on the upload page if you would like it cropped differently.

We charge $3 per additional face on the socks. It is still for ONE pair, but you can add up to 2 additional faces. Feel free to message with any questions.

For best results of washing these socks, we recommend turning them inside out, washing with similar colored laundry in cold water, and air dry to prevent shrinking. Do not use bleach!
As all of our products are 100% customized, everything we sell is one of a kind. Due to this, we cannot accept returns. In the case of a damaged/faulty product, we are happy to work with you to get you a replacement. In this case, contact us and we will resolve the issue.

Please contact us within 12 hours for cancellation without reason

Typically your order will be made within 5-7 days. If you do not receive an update on the status of your order, please contact us promptly. It may be because the customization information needs to be confirmed however the email went to spam. In any case your order will be prioritized and shipped as soon as we receive the additional customization information.

You can place a new correct order within 12 hours and email us and we will cancel the wrong old order for you and refund you as soon as possible.

Customers who contact us via email to cancel their order within 12 hours of placing the order will be offered a full refund unconditionally.
Customers who contact us within 12-24 hours of placing an order, we regret that due to the product already being in production, we are only able to offer you a 20% refund and continue with production shipment.
Any requests for order cancellation or change of information beyond 24 hours, we are sorry that we are unable to accommodate as your product has already entered the production process and is nearing completion of production.
If you have any quality issues after receiving your product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer a replacement or refund.
