Your pet, embroidered on a super soft and beautifully made unisex sweatshirt. We can embroider a maximum of 3 pets. Three pets are embroidered in the middle of the sweatshirt.
HOW THIS WORKS:
• We will digitally illustrate a photo of your pet, then embroider it on a high quality, soft sweatshirt. You will receive a mockup prior to order fulfillment. Please approve the mockup within 24hrs. If we do not hear back, the order will automatically get cancelled and refunded. Please note- a design fee of $12 will still be collected.
• After you place your order, please send me your pet's photo(s) + name via message. **Please send a high-quality photo - the better the quality, the better the sweatshirt. If unsure, please send a few photos and I'll pick one.** Info entered in the personalization box and sent via message MUST match 100%.
**** Please note- after the portrait is done, I am able to do minor edits only. I am NOT able to re-create the piece using an entirely different photo than what you initially provided, so please carefully select the photo you would like me to use.
**** Please expect the following from your new, hand-made sweater
1. Machine markings around the design. This is normal and is to be expected. The dents will disappear after the first wash.
2. Slight color variations from the mockup to the actual embroidery. No embroidery can mimic the mockup 100%.
3. Possible loose (excess) thread on or around your embroidery. We will try our best to clip the excess thread, but if you notice some loose thread upon receiving your shirt, do not fret. It will not ruin your embroidery and you can feel free to clip it gently.

Please contact us within 12 hours for cancellation without reason

Typically your order will be made within 5-7 days. If you do not receive an update on the status of your order, please contact us promptly. It may be because the customization information needs to be confirmed however the email went to spam. In any case your order will be prioritized and shipped as soon as we receive the additional customization information.

You can place a new correct order within 12 hours and email us and we will cancel the wrong old order for you and refund you as soon as possible.

Customers who contact us via email to cancel their order within 12 hours of placing the order will be offered a full refund unconditionally.
Customers who contact us within 12-24 hours of placing an order, we regret that due to the product already being in production, we are only able to offer you a 20% refund and continue with production shipment.
Any requests for order cancellation or change of information beyond 24 hours, we are sorry that we are unable to accommodate as your product has already entered the production process and is nearing completion of production.
If you have any quality issues after receiving your product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer a replacement or refund.
