We are using Unisex sizing sweatshirts for a casual and relaxed fit. That means they run slightly larger than typical women's one and slightly smaller than typical men's ones.

Designed with superior airlume combed and ring-spun cotton that acts as the best blank canvas for printing.
50% Cotton; 50% Polyester (fibre content may vary for different colors).
Medium fabric (8.0 oz/yd² (271.25 g/m²)).
Made with specially spun cotton and fibers that make strong and smooth fabric.
Preshrunk and resistant to most chemicals, stretching and shrinking.
DESIGN/PRINTING:
Printing is done using a high-quality printing process on sweatshirt. We use DTF (Direct to Film) which ensures the highest quality of details, color, and durability with a long-lasting, vibrant and durable finish.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
* We recommend you to wash the item inside out in cold or warm water with delicate cycle and hang them to dry. Do not bleach and do not tumble dry. Do not apply iron directly on the design. Inside out ironing will make the design last longer.

Typically your order will be made within 5-7 days. If you do not receive an update on the status of your order, please contact us promptly. It may be because the customization information needs to be confirmed however the email went to spam. In any case your order will be prioritized and shipped as soon as we receive the additional customization information.

You can place a new correct order within 12 hours and email us and we will cancel the wrong old order for you and refund you as soon as possible.

Customers who contact us via email to cancel their order within 12 hours of placing the order will be offered a full refund unconditionally.
Customers who contact us within 12-24 hours of placing an order, we regret that due to the product already being in production, we are only able to offer you a 20% refund and continue with production shipment.
Any requests for order cancellation or change of information beyond 24 hours, we are sorry that we are unable to accommodate as your product has already entered the production process and is nearing completion of production.
If you have any quality issues after receiving your product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer a replacement or refund.
